Do you provide proofs?

Yes, every order includes a complimentary proof. Proofs are sent within 72 hours of purchase. One revision is included. Additional revisions or design requests beyond the included revision may require a small fee.

If you would like to see a proof before placing an order, I offer a pre-purchase proof for $20. If you move forward with your order, that amount is credited toward your purchase.

What happens if I don’t respond to my proof?

I’ll send your proof and work with you to perfect the design. If I don’t hear back within 5 days of proof delivery, the order may be printed as shown or canceled depending on the item. For more detailed designs, I will hold your order until approval is received.

How long does production take?

After proof approval, most orders ship within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons, production may take 3–5 business days.

Do cards come with envelopes?

Yes, each card includes a blank envelope. Return address printing, recipient addressing, and envelope liner assembly are available as upgrades by request.

How do upgrades and add-ons work?

Paper upgrades, return address printing, recipient addressing, and envelope liner assembly are available on many designs. These are added by request, please message me and I’ll confirm availability and pricing.

What paper do you use?

All stationery is printed on 120 lb Mohawk Eggshell, a thick, softly textured, luxury paper. For an even more substantial feel, a double-thick 240 lb option is available as an upgrade.

Can you adjust a design to fit my photo or wording?

Often, yes. If your photo orientation or wording doesn’t quite fit a design, I can usually make small layout adjustments so everything looks balanced and beautiful.

What photo quality should I use?

For best results, please upload high-resolution images, 300 dpi. Because stationery is printed on softly textured matte paper, photos will have a gentle, artful finish rather than a glossy photo-paper look. Images that are dark, blurry, or low resolution may not print clearly. I’ll flag any concerns I notice, but final photo quality is the customer’s responsibility.

Will colors look exactly like they do on my screen?

Colors can vary slightly between screens and printed pieces. Screens are backlit, while stationery is printed on matte paper, which results in a softer, more natural appearance. This is a normal part of professional printing.

Do you offer digital files?

Yes. I personally customize your design and send a high-resolution PDF. These files are not templates and are for personal use only. Professional printing is recommended, as colors may vary depending on printer and paper choice.

When will my order arrive?

Shipping timelines vary by carrier and are not guaranteed. If your order is time-sensitive, please select an upgraded shipping option at checkout. Once your package is with the carrier, delivery timing is outside of my control, but I’m happy to help if an issue arises.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

Once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delays or loss must be handled through the carrier. I’m happy to assist with filing a claim, but replacements cannot be provided for carrier delays or lost packages.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, please email me within 5 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and items. I’ll review the situation and make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Because orders move quickly into design and production, changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. Once a proof is approved or an item has been sent to print, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.

What if there is an error with my order?

If the printed item does not match your approved proof or a requested change was missed, I will gladly reprint your order or offer a refund. If the printed item matches the approved proof, refunds cannot be issued, but I am always happy to talk through options and help where I can.

Will my cards require extra postage?

Most flat cards fit standard USPS postage. Heavier double-thick paper, square cards, or envelope add-ons may require additional postage. I recommend confirming with your local post office before mailing.

Do you accept returns?

Because each item is custom made, returns are not accepted. If an error was made on my end, please contact me within 10 days of delivery and I will make it right.

Can you remove the Honey Bespoke logo?

The Honey Bespoke logo is part of each design and helps support my small business and creative work. For this reason, it is not removed from finished products.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, I ship within the United States only. You are welcome to ship to a U.S. address and forward the package internationally if needed.
