PERSONALIZATION DETAILS: In the personalization box, provide your desired text for the front and back. List each line of text separately. You may message me with additional wording. Photos can be sent via messages.
PROOFS: Orders are worked on in the order in which they are received. Proofs are sent within 72 hours of ordering—thank you for waiting the full 72 hours before reaching out. Once approved, orders ship in 1–2 business days (3–5 during holidays). Each order includes one complimentary revision; additional revisions can be purchased in the Special Orders section. If I don’t hear back within 10 days of sending your proof, your order will either be canceled or printed as shown in the listing.
SHIPPING: Free shipping via USPS First Class. Expedited options available through USPS Priority, UPS Ground, 2-Day, and Overnight. Shipping delays after carrier handoff are beyond my control, so if your order is time-sensitive, I strongly recommend choosing expedited shipping.
RETURNS: Due to personalization, returns aren't accepted. If you're not fully satisfied, please reach out—I'm committed to your satisfaction.
