Proofs + Production


• Proofs are sent within 5 days. Please allow the full timeframe before reaching out

• Includes one complimentary revision. Additional revisions are available in Special Orders

• After approval, orders ship in 1–2 business days (3–5 business days during peak seasons)

• If I don’t hear back within 5 days of proof delivery, the order may be printed as shown or canceled, depending on the item

• Once your package is scanned by the carrier, delays or loss are handled by the carrier.

Because these are custom items, returns aren’t accepted. If I made an error, please message me within 10 days of delivery and I’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
