• Proofs are sent within 72 hours of purchase. Please allow the full timeframe before reaching out

• After approval, orders ship in 1–2 business days (3–5 business days during peak seasons)
• If I don’t hear back within 5 days of proof delivery, the order may be printed as shown or canceled, depending on the item

• I recommend professional printing. I’m not responsible for print differences (such as colors printing differently than shown)
• Artwork is for personal use only and may not be reused on other products. A discreet watermark may be included

• Once your package is scanned by the carrier, delays or loss are handled by the carrier.

Returns
Because these are custom items, returns aren’t accepted. If I made an error, please message me within 10 days of delivery and I’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
