PERSONALIZATION
Customize wording, monogram fonts, and colors at no extra cost. Mix and match prints as needed. In the personalization box, please clearly indicate your monogram format (e.g., sJp or First: Henry, Middle: Ford, Last: Johnson). If you have any special requests, please message me prior to placing an order.
PROOFS
Proofs are sent within 72 hours of ordering. Please allow the full 72 hours before following up. Once approved, orders ship in 1–2 business days (3–5 during peak seasons). One complimentary revision is included; additional revisions may be purchased in the Special Orders section. If no response is received within 10 days of sending your proof, your order will either be canceled or printed as originally shown.
SHIPPING
Etsy’s delivery dates are estimates only and may vary depending on several factors. Orders ship free via USPS First Class or UPS Ground. For time-sensitive orders, please select a UPS upgrade as USPS has become less reliable, with delays and limited tracking. Please note: I am not responsible for delays or lost packages once the carrier has scanned your item.
