PROOFS
Proofs are sent within 72 hours of ordering. Please allow the full 72 hours before following up. Once approved, orders ship in 1–2 business days (3–5 during peak seasons). One complimentary revision is included; additional revisions may be purchased in the Special Orders section. If no response is received within 10 days of sending your proof, your order will either be canceled or printed as originally shown.
SHIPPING
Etsy’s delivery dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. For all TIME-SENSITIVE ORDERS, an expedited UPS upgrade is required at checkout. Orders ship free via USPS First Class, Priority, or Ground. Please note: once a package has been scanned by the carrier, I cannot be held responsible for delays, rerouting, or loss. These issues must be addressed directly with the carrier. Customers are responsible for selecting the shipping speed that meets their deadline.
UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Overnight deliver on the next business days (weekends do not count).
RETURNS
Returns are not accepted. If a mistake occurred on my end, please reach out within 25 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement at no additional cost-I’m committed to making your order right.
